To help underprivileged children in Mashhad, Mrs. Tahbaz (Naraghi) and Ms. Nahaleh Naraghi decided to build a primary school for girls in one of the deprived areas. In October 1998, the first phase of the project began. The two-floor school, with 2400 square meters and a capacity for 330 students, opened its first classes.
