Dr. Mustafa Naraghi (R.I.P.) and his wife have always considered their motivation and social responsibility towards the people of this land. They also supply and produce health-oriented products. This is the reason that, after Dr. Naraghi’s death, his wife decided to form a legal entity in the mid-1990s to handle related matters. Her ongoing efforts over a decade led to the registration of the “Dr. Mustafa Naraghi Charity Foundation” in his name and memory in 2007. Her continuous efforts over a decade finally led to the registration of the “Dr. Mustafa Naraghi Charity Foundation” in 2007. The foundation is named in memory of that great man. She fulfilled the wish of him, with the leadership and companionship of her husband and children. She aims to become a fruitful and shady tree and fulfill part of her responsibilities towards the great nation of Iran.

Dr. Mustafa Naraghi’s charity towards the sacred mission of maximum treatment and support for the underprivileged by creating strategic infrastructures and cooperating with the chain of hope has tried to take a step in realizing the right to health while introducing children and patients from deprived areas to all medical centers in the country.
Supporting Activities For Families And People With Disabilities
In completing the welfare service chain for these loved ones, the actions are also in the agenda of this foundation to provide livelihood, marriage necessities and medical allowances. These actions include the following parts:
- Allowance for daily expenses
- Provision of essential home appliances for about 200 families, including: gas, stove, refrigerator, carpet, kitchen utensils, fan, blanket, etc.
- Preparing and donating more than 200 sets of dowries according to the needs of young couples
- Payment of medical expenses including: Introduction to the relevant doctor and payment of diagnosis and treatment costs, payment of surgery costs with full provision of all services including: paying the cost of transferring the patient to the city of the treatment center if necessary, paying all the hospital expenses from the time of admission to the discharge, as well as providing accommodation with the patient for more than 300 people so far.

In line with fulfilling its social responsibilities, the foundation has also been in the direction of the needs of the family, and with careful planning, it has tried to be a suitable companion for the families in various fields. Including:
- Subsistence allowance for 9 families in need,
- allowance for families affected by economic pressures
- Payment of damage caused by fire in a residential house,
- Purchase of 3 Braille devices and 100 white canes
Disaster relief operations
The Actover pharmaceutical and food group are working in earthquake-affected areas of Kermanshah province, including Sar Pol Zahab. They are also working in West Azarbaijan province, specifically Khoy. They are also in flooded areas of Lorestan, Poldakhtar, Ahvaz, and Balochistan provinces. They are also in deprived areas of South Khorasan, Ferdows, Zanjan, and Azarbaijan provinces, Qara-Aghaj. The groups are helping meet the needs of the affected people in these areas.
Production Of Medical Staff During The Pandemic
With the beginning of the Corona epidemic in December 2019, Actover group with the participation of Dr. Mustafa Naraghi charity foundation was one of the first complexes that take quick action regarding the production of disinfectant solutions as well as personal protective clothing and its distribution in all treatment centers and hospitals involved with Covid-19 and be an effective presence alongside the respected medical staff during the time of concern caused by the lack of these items.
Charitable Activities For Low-Income Families
Every year, the support plan for the poor sections of society is carried out. This involves identifying these people, visiting their homes, and checking their income levels. In this project, essential goods needed by the family are purchased and donated to them. Last year, 17 refrigerators, 12 heaters, 10 carpets, 14 gas stoves, and 8 sets of dinnerware were donated to these dear ones.
As is the custom every year, this foundation accompanied a number of brides who are unable to provide household appliances due to severe financial problems. In line with fulfilling its social responsibilities, the foundation has also been in the direction of the needs of the family, and with careful planning, it has tried to be a suitable companion for the families of these loved ones in various fields. Including:
- Payment of subsistence allowance for 9 families in need,
- Payment of allowance for providing suitable housing to families affected by economic pressures in the form of a deposit,
- Payment of damage caused by fire in a residential house,
- Purchase of 3 Braille devices and 100 white canes for Mashhad’s Omid Blind Center.
- Providing for the costs of surgery, hospitalization, and medical services until full recovery.
- Introduction of medical centers, hospitals and specialized clinics with qualified doctors and coordination to accept the patient.
- Accommodation of the patients’ families in the area closest to the treatment center.
- Supporting the health status and recovery of the patient after discharge to ensure complete treatment.
The above cases are part of the foundation’s efforts to achieve the right to health among our dear compatriots who have not enjoyed social justice due to economic problems and distance from reputable medical centers. From the beginning of the Foundation’s cooperation with Chain of Hope until today, more than 300 children and adults have been treated in this plan.
