The Dr. Mostafa Naraghi Charity Foundation continues its long-standing and consistent support for the Noshirvani Care Center for Persons with Disabilities as part of its ongoing humanitarian mission.
According to the center’s director, the facility is home to 120 residents with physical and intellectual disabilities—often referred to as “angelic souls”—and relies on the dedication of more than 100 trained staff members who provide round-the-clock care across four shifts. Their daily commitment ensures that each resident receives specialized support in a safe and compassionate environment.
Throughout this partnership, the Naraghi Charity Foundation has played a crucial role in strengthening the center’s stability and service quality by regularly supplying essential medical items and food products. This sustained contribution aims to help ensure peace of mind, safety, and continuity of care for the residents while also supporting the hardworking team responsible for meeting their day-to-day needs.
The foundation’s efforts reflect its deep sense of social responsibility and its commitment to uplifting vulnerable groups within the community—working to guarantee more reliable access to essential resources and to ease the operational pressures on care facilities.
The Dr. Mostafa Naraghi Charity Foundation remains committed to continuing this path of support and considers its ongoing presence at the Noshirvani Center a small but meaningful step toward honoring the dignity and humanity of those who depend on such care.
The Noshirvani Care Center was founded in 1965 by the late Seyed Hassan Fallah Noshirvani and today stands as the only fully isolated and 24-hour residential center for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in Mazandaran Province.
