The Dr. Mostafa Naraghi Charity Foundation continues its long-standing and consistent support for the Noshirvani Care Center for Persons with Disabilities as part of its ongoing humanitarian mission.

According to the center’s director, the facility is home to 120 residents with physical and intellectual disabilities—often referred to as “angelic souls”—and relies on the dedication of more than 100 trained staff members who provide round-the-clock care across four shifts. The Noshirvani Care Center was founded in 1965 by the late Seyed Hassan Fallah Noshirvani and today stands as the only fully isolated and 24-hour residential center for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in Mazandaran Province.
