In this regard, the foundation took a significant step in 2002 by establishing Dr. Naraghi Technical High School, which was later expanded and equipped in subsequent years to create a suitable environment for nurturing the young generation and future builders of Iran.

With the financial and moral support of the charity, the cooperation of parents, and the dedication of teachers and staff, this high school has been able to provide an environment where students not only pursue studies in technical and vocational fields but also acquire the practical skills needed to enter the job market. At present, the school offers 4 fields of study (Automotive Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electronics, and Computer Software) with the capacity to educate about 460 students in 12 classrooms, while nearly 150 students graduate each year with a vocational diploma.

One of the most important initiatives of the foundation in this process has been the equipping of workshops and the provision of educational and technical infrastructure. As a result, students, after completing the main part of their studies, enter apprenticeship programs where they gain more than 200 hours of hands-on experience in real work environments. This connection between theoretical education and practical training plays a key role in enhancing their skills and employability.

An assessment of more than 3,000 graduates shows that:

• Over 80% have successfully continued their education at universities.

• About 60% are employed in jobs related to their field of study.

• Others have joined the labor market after attending professional training courses.

These statistics highlight the direct impact of Dr. Naraghi Charity’s efforts in equipping schools and technical high schools on improving the academic, technical, and employment prospects of young people.

Despite economic challenges and labor market limitations, the charity continues to support students financially, technically, and through mentorship, paving the way for their advancement. The mission of this foundation is to nurture an independent, capable, and efficient generation that can not only build a brighter future for themselves but also contribute effectively to the development of society.
