October 17 marks the anniversary of the establishment of Iran’s Physical Education Organization in 1964, celebrated as National Physical Education and Sports Day. This occasion serves to raise public awareness about the importance of sports and physical activity, encouraging people to integrate movement and exercise into their daily lives.
It is also an opportunity to honor the dedication of the athletes who, through perseverance, courage, and self-sacrifice, continue to bring pride and recognition to Iran in international arenas.
The Dr. Mostafa Naraghi Charity Foundation, with a firm belief in the role of sports in human and social development, has always considered supporting national sports one of its core missions. In line with this commitment, the Foundation and the Actover Group have implemented a series of supportive and infrastructural initiatives aimed at advancing national sports and empowering athletes.
These efforts include equipping national team training camps, providing financial and moral support to young talents across the country, and connecting them with reputable sports institutions. The construction and equipping of the national wrestling team’s clinic and pharmacy, as well as the provision of medicines, supplements, and physiotherapy equipment for athletes, are among the foundation’s tangible contributions to the success of national champions.
The Dr. Mostafa Naraghi Charity Foundation proudly stands beside these champions—individuals whose determination and commitment embody perseverance, hope, and national pride.
On this special day, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to all athletes, coaches, sports physicians, and professionals in the field, wishing them continued health, success, and lasting achievements.
