Public Relations Office – Dr. Mostafa Naraghi Charity Foundation – In an inspiring move with a vision toward a human-centered and knowledge-driven future, Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences and the Kahrizak University of Applied Science, affiliated with the Elderly and Disabled Care Complex, have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) this year.
The agreement aims to expand academic, educational, and research collaboration—particularly in the fields of healthcare, social services, and human resource empowerment—uniting two institutions with unique scientific expertise and a shared humanitarian commitment.
The MoU was formalized under the leadership of Dr. Alireza Khoshdal from Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences and Dr. Hassan Ahmadi, President of the Kahrizak University of Applied Science.

The official signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Ahmadi; Dr. Bakhtiari, Vice President of Education at Kahrizak University; Alireza Memari, Director of Education; and Dr. Shervan Shoaee, representing Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences, who described the event as “a milestone in applied and service-oriented academic cooperation.”
Dr. Ahmadi highlighted the importance of education tailored to the real needs of society, emphasizing that this MoU provides an ideal platform for synergy between academic knowledge and practical application—paving the way for the development of skilled and dedicated professionals in healthcare and social services.
The first steps of this joint collaboration will be implemented soon, with tangible outcomes expected through specialized training programs, expert workshops, and joint field projects.
