We have recently come through a period unlike any other, days that were difficult, uncertain for people across our country. As daily life took on an unfamiliar rhythm, school bells fell silent, classrooms stood empty, and schoolyards were no longer filled with the joyful energy of students. Yet throughout those challenging days, one thing never ceased: the spirit of hope, compassion, and solidarity.

While many families faced unprecedented circumstances, education found new ways to continue. Classes were held in the safe spaces of local mosques and in welcoming homes that opened their doors to students, ensuring that the light of learning remained alive and that the bond between schools, teachers, and students endured. These classes were conducted with the official approval of the Ministry of Education and under the guidance and supervision of Parent-Teacher Associations.

Over the past few months, many memorable moments have unfolded across the Dr. Naraghi Charity Schools, moments that feel even more meaningful as we look back on them today. From the joyful Alphabet Celebration for first-grade students and their bright smiles, to the successful completion of an academic year filled with learning, perseverance, and growth; from the pride reflected in parents’ eyes to the unwavering dedication of teachers and staff who continue to nurture the education and development of the next generation with passion and care.

Teacher’s Day also provided a meaningful opportunity for students and families to express their appreciation and gratitude to the educators who, under every circumstance, continue to keep the light of knowledge shining.

Today, as we cherish the values of peace, security, education, and togetherness more than ever before, these memories remind us of one of our greatest treasures: hope. A hope that lives in the hearts of our children, is reflected in the dedication of our teachers, and is strengthened by the unwavering support of families.
